What is this Challenge?

Haveit Sellit launched a new property competition, where anyone who sells the property for the acceptable price can win.
The winner can win over £5,000!

How can I enter?

  1. Register
  2. Insert your username when you “Request a Viewing” or “Make an offer” for a client.

What is the Prize?

2.5% of sale value Less than £150,000*

+ 10% bonus on value in excess of £150,000		 £150,000 +

* Subject to acceptance by the seller.

Prize Example: If the property sold for £210,000
Value in excess of £150,000 = £60,000
£60,000 x 10% = £6,000
Orignal Prize Value = £5,000

Total Prize = £6,000 + £5,000 = £11,000

How will we determine the winner?

We won’t, but the seller will. The highest geninue and qualified offer which is accepted by the seller will be the winner.

Terms & Conditions:

- Money will only be paid once the sale is completed.
- International buyers must conform to UK legality.
- Property sale is subject to meeting landlord requirements.
- Any offers are subject to approval from the seller.
- Competition will close once an offer is accepted and approved by the seller.
- Haveit Sellit cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition.
- Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual‘s prior consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Haveit Sellit for a reasonable period after the competition closes to assist Haveit Sellit to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the competition.
